Research
As researcher and prospective PhD student Yannick Ecker is focusing on urban geographies of precarization and digitalization. His research engages with the impacts of urban platform economies on the production of space, gender and labor regimes. Methodologically Yannick is interested in qualitative methods (photo elicitation, objective hermeneutics, micro-linguistic analyses), mobile ethnographies and participatory research formats.
